After understanding the case theories, themes and trial venue, J. Howe Consulting outlines key issues to address with potential jurors, develops profiles of jurors likely to be favorable and unfavorable to your case and recommends strategies for the jury selection that make sense for your case and the trial venue.
We write case-specific questions formatted for individual or group, judicial or attorney-conducted voir dire. We design supplemental juror questionnaires (SJQs), evaluate SJQs drafted by opposing counsel and/or the Court and assist in negotiations for the acceptance of an informative SJQ.
An experienced consultant evaluates completed questionnaires, attends jury selection, assesses prospective jurors, provides support for developing cause challenges and makes recommendations for peremptory challenges.
